Roger was a partner in his own design firm ‘Taylor Lo’, acquired by Montpellier in 2000, since then he has been instrumental in developing Montpellier Creative offering which has gained a national reputation in branding and design. He cycles to work whatever the weather. He goes on a survival holiday once a year and spends a lot of time in the Far East.
