Victoria joined Montpellier in 2009 from Johnno Spence Consulting where she had been Account Manager for Kempton Park Racecourse. Victoria completed the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma after returning from living in America where she was a leading jockey and Executive Director of a racecourse in Charlotte, North Carolina. Racing is her first love and she regularly rides out for Gold Cup winning trainer Kim Bailey near Andoversford. She currently manages the Ladies Day account for Cheltenham Racecourse.
